EXCLUSIVE USE AREAS CAN BE SET UP IN TERMS OF THE RULES OF THE BODY CORPORATE OR THROUGH A CHANGE IN THE SCHEME DOCUMENTATION AT THE SURVEYOR GENERAL, BOTH OF WHICH REQUIRES A LAND SURVEYOR TO DRAW UP PLANS
