The Erf Diagram is titled with the named erf (or farm portion) in the named township (or farm region) and sets out the boundary co-ordinates and a diagramatic depiction. When certified by a Professional Land Surveyor, this is the detailed definition which is placed on record in the Office of the Surveyor General for the land parcel described.
